1. Service
stillerror ("we", "us") provides channel diagnostics for YouTube and Twitch creators: weekly Stack Trace reports, pre-upload Breakpoint analysis, niche outlier tracking, and related AI-generated recommendations. These terms govern your use of the product at stillerror.com.
2. Account
You sign in via Google or Twitch OAuth. You must be at least 13 years old and the rightful owner or authorized operator of the channels you connect. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't connect channels you don't have authorization to manage.
- Don't use stillerror to violate YouTube's or Twitch's developer policies. E.g. don't scrape competitor content through our tool in ways their ToS forbids.
- Don't attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or republish our AI prompts, models, or internal algorithms.
- Don't use the product for harassment, deceptive practices, or to evade platform safety systems.
4. AI-generated content
Stack Traces, Patch Notes, Breakpoint scores, Pull Request title suggestions, and similar outputs are produced by large language models and computer-vision models. They are best-effort analysis based on the data we have access to. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that following any recommendation will produce a specific outcome on YouTube or Twitch. Use your own judgment.
5. Your content
You retain all ownership of your channel data, video content, and any text you submit (e.g. proposed video titles for Breakpoint analysis). You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the stillerror service to you.
6. Plans, fees, and changes
Pricing tiers and feature availability are subject to change with at least 30 days' notice for existing customers. Phase 1 beta is provided without charge while we refine the product; we will announce a clear transition path before any paid plan launches.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from settings. We may terminate or suspend an account for breach of these terms, fraud, or activity that risks our platform partnerships (Google, Twitch, Anthropic). On termination we delete your data within 7 days unless retention is required by law.
8. Disclaimers
stillerror is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet any specific creator's needs.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to these terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost views, subscribers, revenue, or audience growth opportunity.
10. Third-party services
stillerror relies on Google's YouTube Data + Analytics APIs, Twitch's Helix API, Anthropic's Claude API, and other infrastructure providers. Their availability, terms, and data accuracy are outside our control. See our privacy policy for the full sub-processor list.
11. Changes to these terms
Material changes will be announced via email and an in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
Governing law and venue will be specified before public launch (phase 2). Beta users in the US are subject to US law; non-US users may have additional consumer rights under their local jurisdiction.
